Goals of the Course
In this course the student will learn about some applications of contemporary mathematics to social choice and management science, and about symmetry, patterns and fractals.

The final exam for this course is Tuesday, Dec. 17, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. It will not be given at any other time. (The only possible exceptions are those required by University regulations on tests and examinations and on attendance.) If this time is not suitable for you, do not register for this section.
