Material on the Final Exam
The final exam is Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., in the usual room. It will cover the online notes, except we'll omit secs. 2.12, 5.8, 6.4, 6.7, and chapter 9 (which is just background on differential equations).
For chapters 1 - 8, just use the review sheets for Tests 1 and 2.
Things you should be able to do from chapter 10:
- For a symmetric two-person normal-form game, derive the replicator equation and reduce it to a differential equation with one less variable. Find equilibria, determine their type by linearization if possible, sketch and interpret the phase portrait.
