Goals of the Course
- Learn to deal with functions of several variables from a variety of viewpoints.
- Understand vectors geometrically and learn to use vectors algebraically.
- Understand and learn to use partial derivatives, gradients, and directional derivatives, including optimization applications.
- Understand and learn to use multiple integrals and line and surface integrals.
